Yes! There are many causes for bad or blurry images - maybe a wind gust came up, or autofocus went wrong, or guiding was bad. You can ask for a refund directly from the backend.
Please note that if you still need the data of the bad images, you have to submit a new Imaging Request. We won't re-take the bad frames automatically; we would simply refund you the amount of points that you used.
